❓ Why should I buy land through Urban Loop Studio instead of public listings?

Public listings are competitive, overpriced, and lack privacy. Our exclusive off-market inventory provides better deals, fewer bidding wars, and prime lots curated for luxury home design. Also, realtors don't focus on land listings because their commissions on larger with lots with a house on it; so your options are slim on the MLS.

❓ How do I gain access to the private land list?

To access our off-market land listings, you must sign our Exclusive Land Buyer Agreement, ensuring all transactions go through Urban Loop Studio. Once signed, you’ll receive VIP access.

❓ Is there a fee to access the land list?

No upfront fees until April! Starting April there will be a per usage fee of $27, all land purchases must be completed through Urban Loop Studio, and our commission is included in the transaction.

❓ Can I see property details before signing the agreement?

Due to the exclusive nature of these deals, full property details are only available to approved buyers who sign the agreement and commit to closing through us.

❓ Can I purchase land without using Urban Loop Studio for home design?

Yes, but we highly recommend our custom home design services to ensure your land perfectly aligns with your vision.
